What does your AMC cover?
Our AMC and IT support covers desktop computers, laptops, printers, CCTV systems, networking infrastructure, interactive panels and smart classroom equipment, with preventive maintenance and technical support.
Can you set up a complete smart classroom?
Yes. We provide interactive flat panels, OPS computing, camera, microphone and audio systems and classroom networking, install and configure everything, train teachers and offer on-site support and AMC.
Can I watch my CCTV cameras on my phone?
Yes. Mobile remote viewing is part of our CCTV installation, along with DVR/NVR setup, maintenance and CCTV AMC.
Can you recover data from a damaged or formatted drive?
Yes. We recover data from hard disks, SSDs, pen drives, memory cards and RAID, including deleted and formatted data. No data, no charge (terms & conditions apply).
Do you support Apple devices?
Yes. We help with Apple device setup, Mac support, software and system assistance, troubleshooting and peripheral and connectivity issues.
